Workshop 2: December 6, 2007

About 50 people attended the second public workshop for the Urbana Bicycle Plan. Participants learned about the proposed bicycle network plan, which was generally well-received.

Workshop 1: May 3, 2007

About 70 people attended the first public workshop for the Urbana Bicycle Plan. Participants learned about the different types of bicycle facilities, mapped their ideas of where to put bicycle facilities and connections in Urbana, and worked in groups to focus on different areas in the community.

CUUATS staff has collected and analyzed all the ideas, and is working with the Urbana Bicycle Plan steering committee to prioritize needs in the community.
