Champaign County Bikes Organization

Prairie Cycling Club
PCC organizes weekly and special event rides for bicyclists of all abilities.

The Bike Project Co-op
"The Bike Project co-op offers a space, tools, and community to repair bikes, share knowledge, hold classes, and advocate for bikes in Urbana-Champaign" (from website). Recycled bikes can be purchased at low cost from the Co-op.

League of Illinois Bicyclists
LIB's objectives include (a) maintaining and increasing access to public facilities to enhance the use of bicycles for transportation and recreation, (b) educating bicyclists and motorists about their mutual rights and responsibilities, and (c) educating cyclists on safe cycling practices (adapted from website).

Illini Cycling
The University of Illinois' bicycle racing team is made up of UIUC undergraduate and graduate students who compete in mountain (fall) and road (spring) racing.

University of Illinois' Division of Campus Recreation Adventure Center
