The Champaign County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) is
an intergovernmental membership organization that provides and administers a variety of planning, community & economic development, early childhood education, and social services for Champaign and surrounding counties.
As a multi-purpose agency RPC delivers 100 different programs and services with an annual operating budget of about $15 million and a staff of
approximately 180 employees.
RPC is organized into four divisions, three that deliver services:
• Planning & Community Development
The fourth division, Finance & Administration, is largely internal.
