NICOR funds are available to weatherize 10 homes for households with incomes between 200%-300% of the Federal poverty guidelines. To increase energy efficiency and reduce utility costs, the program can repair/replace furnaces, provide insulation and air sealing, and install energy-saving measures such as water aerators and shower heads.
