Committee Members

GIS Consortium Committees are composed of representatives from GIS Consortium member agencies:

Champaign County
City of Champaign
City of Urbana
Village of Rantoul
Village of Mahomet
Village of Savoy
University of Illinois

Policy Committee

The Policy Committee consists of one (1) representative designated by the Chancellor of the University and by the Chief Administrative Officers of the other member agencies. This committee assumes the decision making authority for CCGISC including but not limited to the general policies, annual budget and work plan.

Technical Committee

The Technical Committee consists of representatives from each of the member agencies. This committee provides technical assistance and guidance related to hardware and software purchases, data standards, and other aspects of the GIS.
