Employment Champaign County Head Start accepts applications for employment throughout the year. Once applications are reviewed, the Human Resources Director arranges interviews. The Service Area Manager for the open position, the Human Resources Director and/or her designee typically make up the interview team. Candidates selected for hire are subject to the approval of the Head Start Policy Council as the final step of the hiring process.
