Head Start

In order for your child to be considered for Head Start/Early Head Start, you will need to provide the following information:

  • A completed application
  • A copy of a certified birth certificate
  • A copy of all the income your family receives. For example: 1040 tax return, W-2, two (2) most recent pay check stubs, Public Aid printouts, SSI information, child support or statement of earnings from employer.
