APPROVED TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TIP) AMENDMENTS

The Illinois Department of Transportation, Village of Savoy, and the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District submitted 11 amendments to the Transportation Improvement Program FY 2023-2028 which were approved at the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committee meetings on April 3 and April 10, respectively.
FINAL UNIFIED TECHNICAL WORK PROGRAM (UTWP) FOR FY 2025

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP), formerly called the Unified Technical Work Program (UTWP), identifies the annual transportation planning activities to be undertaken by the Champaign Urbana Urbanized Area Transportation Study (CUUATS). After a 30-day public review period when no comments were received, the Final UPWP for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025) was approved by the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees on April 3 and April 10, respectively.
DRAFT 2024 CUUATS TITLE VI PROGRAM PROPOSED

The CUUATS Title VI Program documents compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by the Champaign Urbana Urbanized Area Transportation Study (CUUATS). The Draft 2024 Title VI Program was approved by the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees on April 3 and April 10, respectively. The draft document will be available online for public review and comment from Saturday, April 15 to Monday, May 14, 2024. Anyone may review the document and submit comments/edits to Allison Gwinup/Planner II with Planning and Community Development Division.
