Champaign-Urbana Urban Area Human Service Transportation Plan (HSTP) Draft Approved September 13, 2023

The purpose of the Human Service Transportation Plan (HSTP) is to evaluate existing transportation services, identify the transportation needs of individuals with disabilities, older adults, and people with low incomes, and establish goals and strategies for meeting these needs within the Champaign-Urbana Urban Area.

At the September 6^th and September 13^th CUUATS Technical and Policy Committee meetings, the draft HSTP plan was approved. The document will be released for a 30-day public review period from September 15^th through October 15^th. Any comments received or resulting document edits will be presented at the CUUATS Technical Committee meeting on December 6th.
