2023 Public Participation Plan (PPP) Proposed Approved September 13, 2023
The Draft 2023 Public Participation Plan (PPP) was presented to the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees for approval on September 6 and September 13, respectively.
The document, having had a 45-day public comment period and having the comments and responses reviewed at the Technical Committee meeting (September 6th) and the Policy Committee meeting (September 13th), The PPP has been approved with two changes: (1) that the requests for paper copies that will be made upon reasonable request and (2) explicitly states that pubic outreach methods will be adapted to the cultural backgrounds of residents.
