Leadership and Mastering Performance Management is a "high energy" forty-hour course focusing on first line supervisors and middle managers.  It introduces The Leadership Test and The Six Layers of Success as tools that will improve management and leadership skills.  There is an emphasis on defining the difference between leadership and management and identifying their separate skill sets.  Practical tools are provided that will assist students work more effectively as developers with their employees, both as individuals and as a team.
