This high energy, fast-paced seminar will provide students with creative strategies for personal and professional growth.  Instruction will focus on self-awareness, individual strengths, and personal development.  Students will gain a deeper understanding of purpose and how innovative leadership practices can add value to their careers - regardless of their current job assignments.

The attributes of passion, energy, moral courage, balance, and commitment to excellence will be strongly emphasized throughout the program. At the end of the day, each participant will walk away renewed, refreshed, and ready to pursue a path to personal and professional greatness.

Registration is open to all levels of law enforcement (sworn and civilian).
