This practically oriented seminar will examine both procedural and substantive law issues of significance to patrol officers and investigators. The program will focus on case law and statutes affecting Interviews and Interrogations, Identification Procedures, the Illinois Criminal Code and the Illinois Vehicle Code. Treatment of Search & Seizure will be abbreviated − limited only to the most significant court decisions.
