This seminar will give street level personnel the tactical edge when confronting urban street gangs that have migrated to downstate communities. The seminar will feature an exclusive interview with a leading Chicago Latin
King Gang member turned government witness (permission granted by ATF).
The video addresses gang recruitment in the schools, traffic stops and other
police encounters, interviews/interrogations, communication while in custody,
and other relevant topics that reinforce the seminar objectives. (The
interview was conducted by the instructor in August 2008.)
