This 3-hour program will give participants a practical (and evolving) view on
personal leadership and how it relates to various aspects of contemporary law
enforcement. Each participant will be challenged to "work on a legacy of
greatness" through an understanding of peak performance in day-to-day
responsibilities.
Participants will look at best practices in leadership development and
how to translate that into how they lead their organizations. They will be
given helpful tools for evaluating how they think, how they lead, and how they
develop those around them. Principle-based leadership that has proven
effective in all aspects of the personal and professional characteristics of the
best leaders will also be discussed. In addition, the traits of energy,
passion, greatness, focus and moral courage will be highlighted as mandatory
leadership necessities in progressive law enforcement organizations world wide.
(This training will benefit all levels police supervision.)
