This program will be conducted by Ondra Berry, former Assistant Chief of Police for the Reno (NV) Police Department.  Ondra has extensive experience in law enforcement operations, management, and training.  He describes his program as follows:

"This one-day seminar will give participants a better understanding of bias based policing, racial profiling, the importance of improving police-citizen contacts, and how personal leadership impacts each of these areas.  Participants will develop a recognition that self-development, belief systems, and their willingness to go 'from effectiveness to greatness' are determining factors that help personnel add greater value to their organizations.  Principle-based policing and enforcement will help participants gain a better awareness in decision making, problem solving, and interaction with diverse citizenry and workers.  Cultural leadership is vital in today's workplace
especially for those who are the guardians and defenders of our communities."
