Officer Bill Yelton
Officer Bill Yelton is a
22-year member of the Tulsa Oklahoma Police Department and veteran SWAT
instructor. He served over 18 years with the Special Operations Team as an
entry scout. His duties were resolution of high risk warrant services,
barricaded suspect incidents, and hostage rescue.
Officer Yelton has been an instructor with the National Tactical Officers
Association (NTOA) for 12 years and he routinely instructs police personnel
around the country in tactics. He is recognized as an expert witness in
state and federal courts in the areas of tactics, use of force, deadly force,
and narcotics investigations.
