CUUATS

Champaign Urbana Urbanized Area Transportation Study (CUUATS) is the transportation entity of the Champaign County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC), which is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) responsible for administering the federally mandated transportation planning process for the Champaign-Urbana-Savoy-Bondville-Tolono Urbanized Area.

newThe second public meeting for the Urbana Bicycle Master Plan (UBMP) update and Urbana Park District Trails Master Plan (UTMP) will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 from 6:30-8:00 pm at the Urbana Middle School Cafetorium.

newThe 2013 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Report Card was approved by the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees in April 2014, and can be viewed on its interactive website or as a document.

newThe Draft FY 2015 Unified Technical Work Program (UTWP) is available for public review until May 13, 2014.  Comments may be submitted to Rita Morocoima-Black at 217-328-3313 or rmorocoi@ccrpc.org.

newThe FY 2014-2017 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) was amended by the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees in April 2014.

The CUUATS Selected Crash Intersection Locations (SCIL) 2007-2011 Report was approved by the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees in February 2014.

CUUATS finalized the University District Traffic Circulation Study (UDTCS) for the University of Illinois area in Fall 2013.

The FY 2013 Listing of Federally Obligated Projects was approved by the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees in September 2013.

The Transit Facility Guidelines for the Champaign-Urbana Urbanized Area were approved by the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees in June 2013.
