Transportation (CUUATS)
Champaign Urbana Urbanized Area Transportation Study (CUUATS) is the transportation entity of the Champaign County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC), which is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) responsible for administering the federally mandated transportation planning process for the Champaign-Urbana-Savoy-Bondville Urbanized Area.

Champaign
County Greenways & Trails Plan was amended by the Greenways &
Trails Policy Committee in December 2011.
The FY 2012-2015 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) was amended by the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees in December 2011.
CUUATS has completed the Traffic Impact Analysis report for the proposed Carrie Busey School in Savoy for the Champaign Unit #4 School District.
The Final Title VI Report was approved by the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees in September 2011.
The FY 2011 Listing of Federally Obligated Projects was approved by CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees in September 2011.
The FY 2012 Unified Technical Work Program (UTWP) was amended by the CUUATS Technical and Policy Committees in September 2011.
The Final Selected Crash Intersection Locations (SCIL) Report 2005-2009 was approved by the CUUATS Technical Committee in September 2011.

CUUATS staff completed the first annual data update for LRTP 2035: Choices. The annual consistent update process will allow a fine-scale assessment of LRTP MOEs and the goals and objectives they are designed to measure. Please click here to view the document.

The Champaign County Greenways & Trails Design Guidelines were amended by the Technical & Policy Committees in August 2010 to include a new chapter on Shared Lane Markings.

In February 2009, CCRPC published the Champaign-Urbana Safe Routes to School Report in association with the Champaign-Urbana Safe Routes to School Project.
